
Our classes are not labeled as beginner, amateur or novice. We choose to utilize our principles as we teach keeping a mindful eye on each student while encouraging you to work from your personal space. Remember yoga meets you where you are. Stay on your mat!
Breathing/ Meditation: A great (learn by doing) introduction to meditation and empowering techniques of the breath. Learn how to bring discipline to the body first then the mind. Everything starts with the breath. The discipline of the body and the mind begins with proper breathing. Learn the pattern and live the flow. Meditation is how the hidden inner values evolve from within us all. Meditation class is Friday at 6:30 p.m. This is a donation based class.
Soul Mind Body Healing Yoga with Mechelle Davis is a class that draws the attention within. Starting with a gentle warm up from head to toe we energize the blood moving through the body with postures that promote flexibility and range of motion. Mechelle teaches "Awareness, Relationship and Responsibility" to your mind, body and soul reminding and encouraging all students to be kind to their body. This class is for everyone. Great class to start your practice.

QiGong with Master Daewud Rasheed is a class you don't want to miss. Learn to move through air, water and wet concrete and experience the benefits immediately. This class promote internal healing and mental concentration. We explore TaiChi and the art of yin and yang in movement. (This class will return in the Fall on Tuesday's at 6:30 p.m.)
Yoga for your Body Type with Marlena Reed is for everyone especially if you want to be reminded how to bring the postures closer to you. Knowing how to properly support the body while holding postures is key. Marlena gently encourages you how to feel your way into a comfortable position that compliments you body type. Classical Yoga Moves with Mechelle
An introduction to a dynamic, flowing form of yoga that utilizes connecting postures, synchronized breathing, and focus points to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. We utilize the sun salutations and proven techniques to raise the energy level within. These are great to learn and master for home use. (This class will return in the Fall on Thursdayy's at 6:30 p.m.)
Yogalates (Yoga +Pilates) Get Fit! Get Firm! Stay Fine. Our introductory gently prepares you for strengthening the core muscle groups. Each class starts with a seated pranayama (breathing) practice and a reminder to be fully present in your practice. Gentle standing warm ups and stretches follow. We proceed moving into a routine that works upper and lower body. Yogalates always ends with a solid relaxation which will be well deserved and thoroughly enjoyed. Yoga Wellness - How can yoga help me? Come to this class and find out how to incorporate yoga into your everyday life. Learn the art of restful resting. Find out how to bring relief to your neck, back and hips. This class is perfect is you are new to yoga or just want to build your understanding of yoga. We discuss mantras, mudras, pranayama and more. Saturday's @ 10:30 a.m. ( Check sch.)
Our yoga classes are one hour long and always include a warm-up and relaxation. We provide clean yoga mats, however feel free to bring your own.. Please read the student guidelines for more information.
